is John Smith and I have a complaint about
my room.
Receptionist: I\’m sorry to hear that, sir. What seems to be the problem?
Customer: Well, to start off, there\’s a weird smell in the room.
Receptionist: I see. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our housekeeping staff can take care of that for you right away. Is there anything else?
Customer: Yes, the air conditioning doesn\’t seem to be
working properly. It\’s too hot in here.
Receptionist: I understand. We\’ll send someone up to check on that right away. Is there anything else you\’d like to bring to our attention?
Customer: Yes, the sheets and pillows are really uncomfortable. I haven\’t had a good night\’s sleep since I got here.
Receptionist: We\’ll certainly look that for you, sir. I apologize for the inconvenience. Is there anything else?
Customer: No, that\’s all for now. Thank you for your help.
